WHEN TO GET A MASSAGE?
When you feel like stiffness and tightness or pain on your body has become obstacles to your sleep, work performance and every life. Please do not wait until last minutes where I can no longer resist the pain or discomfort. Massage can be received on a weekly basic to promote your own wellness. Better to make it a regular lifestyle.
WHY ARE WE ALL
Because Kamin is an open space where guests share separated massage rooms. To be speaking quietly and turning off your phone ringer right after you enter Kamin also show respect to other guests who are sitting in front of you or having a massage in the rooms.
As we believe that you also do not want anyone to disturb your peaceful time in the massage room either so you can rest or concentrate on problematic parts of your body muscles, so why shouldn’t we all help to keep Kamin remain peaceful all the time?
Experiencing sore or tight muscles is normal after a massage, especially if it has been a while since your last massage or you’ve never done one before. Because massage is like exercise, it forces blood into the muscle, bringing nutrients and removing toxins.
This process can temporarily increase inflammation (the healing response) to areas that the body feels need attention. This inflammation can bring discomfort.
Inflammation and discomfort usually lasts half a day to about a few more days if you rarely have a massage. The same things you do to treat sore muscles after exercise may help soreness after a massage. Just get your muscles rested until the pain is gone.
