Only polite guests are welcome at Kamin That Massage Boutique. If anyone acts rudely and disrespectfully to our staff members, whether they are receptionists or therapists, we reserve the right to ask you to leave our Kamin to keep the environment safe and peaceful.
ONLY PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE SERVICE!
To come for a massage, both Kamin reception and our guests need to get a confirmation from each other, meaning that our reception needs to confirm you with date and time, program, and program duration via phone or message, and we need to be informed that it is all confirmed by you too.
If you read our message but did not response, we consider it as no confirmation. and we will not make an appointment for you until we get your confirmation message.
YOUR LATE ARRIVAL AFFECTS EVERYONE
Please arrive on time since your late arrival definitely affects other guests after you. We reserve the right to provide less minutes on the program you have booked to avoid any effect on other guests after you. Your appointment will be canceled if you are later than 15 minutes.
NO SHOW UP/ NO ADVANCE NOTICE
We expect your advance notice informing us on your delayed arrival. If you show up later than 15 minutes without any advance notice that you will be late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment that may affect other guests after you.
We reserve the right to block any future booking of guests who gives no advance notice and do not show up. due to their disrespect and mindfulness.
